I have always loved sports and physical activity, though, like many, I wish I had time to do more. I'm a cyclist, tennis player, I love resistance training, and I am a terrible, terrible golfer. But I love that too! I ride motorcycles over great distances, and have ridden across Canada and much of the US.
EXPERIENCE
I've been a sports medicine doctor for almost 30 years, consulting for such organizations as the CFL, NFL and NBA. I am one of only 80 doctors across North America on a second opinion committee for the NHL Players' Association. I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, in the Faculty of Medicine, teaching sports medicine to Family Medicine residents.

I love a challenge, and so I have often been the 4th, 5th or 6th opinion in a patient's journey. I've solved problems for patients who've been struggling for months or years, by looking at things from a different perspective, and from years of experience.
